Effective leadership includes providing guidance, motivation, and vision to those members of the organization working toward a common goal. In the virtual environment the fundamental skills necessary to lead are similar however, there are challenges and strategies necessary to be successful. Participants will explore leadership skills critical to leading when individuals and teams are not in person 100% of the time. They will explore the nuances and challenges to create solutions to build a virtual authentic leadership plan.
