LEARN / EXPERIENCE / ADVANCE / DO

Co-developed by Ohio Northern University Center for Corporate Engagement and the Putnam County Community Improvement Corporation, this leadership program is designed to help further develop the workforce of Putnam County by giving participants an opportunity to better understand and utilize their strengths to impact personal and professional growth.

This highly interactive program provides an opportunity for participants to challenge themselves in identifying and improving their leadership style and communication skills in order to impact organizational growth. The LEAD Putnam series will focus on authentic, inspirational and servant leaders helping them create a higher level of business acumen, elevate professional performance, inspire and motivate others, build credibility, and strengthen their network with others in the community.
