Many workplaces span 5 generations. This presents not only opportunities but also challenges at all levels. When we are unable to relate with others that are older or younger than ourselves with different experiences, it is difficult to understand their perspective. There is often an immediate response to rely on harmful stereotypes and blame solvable problems on individuals. In this program, participants will:
