DESCRIPTION:Women in the workforce face unique challenges throughout their careers. This immersive leadership program will provide middle to senior level managers an opportunity to further develop as authentic\, inspirational\, and impactful leaders with relevant business acumen to progress into higher levels within organizations. Led by Mindi Wells\, a distinguished professional with deep roots in rural Allen County and a wealth of academic and professional expertise\, the series offers participants invaluable insights. A first-generation college graduate and small business advocate\, Mindi holds a juris doctorate and a bachelor’s degree in economics with distinction from Ohio Northern University.
