SUMMARY:The Ruth A. Haushalter Memorial Scholarship
DESCRIPTION:Ohio Northern University Center for Corporate Engagement proudly announces the Ruth A. Haushalter Memorial Scholarship\, honoring a trailblazing woman in business and pillar of the Hardin County community. \nThis scholarship supports women pursuing the Women in Business Leadership Certificate\, a program designed to equip female leaders with the skills\, confidence\, and vision to lead in today’s dynamic business world. \nRuth A. Haushalter was more than the president of Robinson Fin Machines\, Inc.—she was a bold entrepreneur\, a dedicated community leader\, and a role model for women in enterprise. Alongside her husband\, Fred\, she transformed a small-town business into a globally recognized company based in Kenton\, Ohio. Her visionary leadership\, commitment to excellence\, and passion for community engagement continue to inspire. \nRuth also had a passion for the Hardin Leadership program and was a participant in the class of 1994. Through this scholarship\, Ruth’s legacy lives on—empowering women to lead with purpose\, courage\, and integrity. \n“Her hard work and forward thinking have established a firm foundation on which the next generation can continue to build.” \nThe Women in Business Leadership Certificate is an immersive leadership program providing middle to senior level managers an opportunity to further develop as authentic\, inspirational\, and impactful leaders with relevant business acumen to progress into higher levels within organizations. The program includes experiential learning and facilitated content relevant to an evolving business landscape. The cohort meets monthly for a full day for 8 months beginning in September. \nThe $1\,000 scholarship will offset the WIBL Certificate fee of $2\,950. As the participant\, you will pay $1\,950. \nApply today and join the next generation of women shaping the future of business in Hardin County. \nEligibility: Women Graduates of Hardin Leadership \nQuestions?
