Led by Mindi Wells\, a distinguished professional with deep roots in rural Allen County and a wealth of academic and professional expertise\, the series offers participants invaluable insights. A first-generation college graduate and small business advocate\, Mindi holds a juris doctorate and a bachelor’s degree in economics with distinction from Ohio Northern University.
