The HR Connect Series is a dynamic four-part program designed to address key challenges and opportunities in the ever-evolving field of human resources. The series includes topics that focus on current HR developments and tackling HR scenarios. Led by Mindy Wells, a distinguished professional with deep roots in rural Allen County and a wealth of academic and professional expertise, the series offers participants invaluable insights. A first-generation college graduate and small business advocate, Mindy holds a juris doctorate and a bachelor’s degree in economics with distinction from Ohio Northern University. She has also completed Ph.D. coursework in Higher Education Administration at Bowling Green State University, with a research focus on ethics in leadership, bringing a unique and thoughtful perspective to each session.
