Employee Development Academy

Employee Development University programs provide individuals with the opportunity to learn from others from a variety of companies and industries. In addition to the learning and networking, they discover new ideas to improve personally and professionally. Professionals at all stages of their careers are invited to learn together by selecting from the list of scheduled programs.
Our facilitators are practitioners with real world experience and are selected based on expertise in the area of focus. Programs are held at The Inn on ONU’s beautiful campus. A continental breakfast and lunch are included in the registration fee.
